INFANTS LEARN ABOUT THE BARD (08/02/2010)
During the last few weeks the pupils in Primaries 1,2,and 3 have been learning a great deal about Robert Burns. In class they have learned poetry, song and dance and have cooked and tasted a variety of Scottish food. The children have also been learning out of class with a variety of visits to Burns Cottage, the Auld Kirk, Burns Monument or Kirkoswald. All the children have extended their learning and they have had fun too!
