P7 AND S1 CHRISTMAS POEMS BRING A SMILE TO P2 (08/12/2009)
Primary 2 classes were delighted to have a visit from Mrs Downie`s S1 and P7 Christmas Poets today.
There were poems about Father Christmas, a penguin and friends, a reindeer finding a ring - and many, many more - with single and group readings.
Thanks to all our poets (I am told that their official title is `Creative Corner` or `Creative Writing Club`) for a very entertaining event!!
