CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR A BIG SUCCESS (02/12/2009)
Despite the bad weather, the Christmas Craft Fair attracted huge crowds and raised over £3000 for the Sixth Year Charity, Leukaemia Research.

A wide range of attractions was on offer, with the raffle and bottle stall especially popular. Eager Christmas shoppers were able to buy jewellery, leather goods, ornaments etc from many different stalls representing our local area.

For the youngsters, too, there was plenty of entertainment from face painting to video games.

Thank you to all our contributors and visitors for a very successful evening.
