YOUNG SCIENTISTS DISCOVER BONES AT WELLINGTON (12/11/2009)
Dr Webb visited Science Club to give a hands-on talk on skeletons at Wellington on Wednesday.

Pupils had a chance to handle real bones, look at X rays, and consider aspects of forensic science and diseases, in a very informative session.

They are now all able to answer questions on the number and location of bones in the body, similarities between human and animal skeletons, requirements for a healthy skeleton, differences between bones in males/females, young/old bodies.
