A wide range of activities is available for pupils at lunch break each day and vary from term to term. We encourage pupils to have a go at as many as possible, on the understanding that if they don’t enjoy the activity as much as they thought they would, they may stop and try something else. The Staff are extremely generous with their time and all teachers organise at least one activity per session. This year, these activities include Scripture Union, Art, Writers Club, Junior Road Safety, Enterprise, Junior Orchestra, Choir, Recorder Group and Storytime.

In addition, pupils may (with adult supervision!) organise their own lunchtime activities and these have included a Welly’s Got Talent Competition, a P1-P6 Drawing Competition, a Roald Dahl Club and a FUN Club.

The Library is also open four lunchtimes a week where pupils may browse and borrow books.
