At the beginning of each school year, a set of permission
slips are sent home with each pupil for parental signature.
These are for:
• Local trips
• Dance
• Swimming
Consent forms for pupil use of the Internet are sent home
along with Data Capture Forms. It is important that these
are returned to school as soon as possible
