Mrs. Claire Wallis and Mrs. Yvonne Brown are employed to work in Early Birds, as well as both the Infant and the Nursery Departments. When the children have tidied Drumley Hall after Early Birds, Mrs. Wallis escorts the P3, P2 and P1 pupils to their classrooms. After that Mrs. Wallis remains around the P1,2 door to allow access to any late comers, and looks after any children who arrive too late to join in Assembly. Mrs. Wallis is timetabled to work in classrooms and supervise in the Infant playground.

Mrs. Joy Rimmer is employed as an auxiliary for the Infant Department, but assists wherever required throughout the Primary. Mrs. Rimmer is timetabled to work within designated classrooms, supervise in the playground at Infant playtimes, lunch times, lunch duty usually in Craigweil, and swimming duty on Monday and Wednesday mornings. As well as this, Mrs. Rimmer will care for sick or injured pupils.

Early Birds operates from 8.15 until 8.40am each weekday, and is supervised by Mrs. Esther Wallace and Mrs. Claire Wallis. After School care operates from 3p.m. until 5.30p.m. From 3 until 4pm this is supervised by Mrs. Rimmer and Mrs. Shrinivas and Ms. Semple, and from 4 until 5.30pm by Mrs. Rimmer and Ms. Semple.
